We are seeking an experienced residential construction Site Supervisor:
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective completion of construction projects - planning, organizing and controlling project
- Ensuring that construction timelines and milestones are met
- Supervising sub-contractors and staff
- Working effectively with other construction professionals
- Communicating job expectations
- Planning, monitoring and appraising job contributions
- Implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
- Resolving problems and allocating resources
- Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing Qualico standards and procedures
- Complying with legal regulations
Selection Criteria include:
- Minimum 5 years residential construction experience
- Minimum 2 yrs experience as a site supervisor
- Strong knowledge of and evidence of commitment to occupational health, safety and standards related to the construction industry
- Strong communications, time management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail
